Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Adrio platform available at adrio.ai("Service"), operated by Senatoriaus reklamos, IĮ ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Adrio, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Adrio is an AI-powered platform that helps performance marketers create ad creatives. The Service includes tools for ad inspiration, creative production workflows, and AI-assisted content generation. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@adrio.ai if you become aware of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • All fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan.
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion. Contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Upload, generate, or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Service or its infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The Service, including its design, code, branding, and AI models, is owned by Senatoriaus reklamos, IĮ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or branding.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it as necessary to provide the Service.

Generated Content: Content generated by Adrio using your inputs is owned by you, subject to the limitations of applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with all applicable regulations.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Adrio uses artificial intelligence to assist in content creation. AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate, original, or suitable for your purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before use. We do not guarantee that generated content is free from errors or intellectual property conflicts.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senatoriaus reklamos, IĮ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
