Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back for a paid subscription to Adrio, operated by Senatoriaus reklamos, IĮ ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). It applies alongside our Terms of Service. By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to the terms below.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be confident in Adrio. If you buy a paid plan and it is not the right fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the charge, as long as you have used less than 20% of the credits included in your billing period.
To qualify for a refund, all of the following must be true:
- You request the refund within 30 days of the charge.
- You have used less than 20% of the credits included in the plan for that billing period.
- The charge was for a regular paid plan, not a charge that followed a free trial (see Section 2).
If you have used 20% or more of your credits, the plan has been used in a meaningful way and is no longer eligible for a refund. This threshold covers the cost of the AI generation and processing we have already paid for on your behalf.
2. Free Trials
Some plans are offered with a free trial. The trial lets you explore Adrio at no cost before any payment is taken, so you can decide whether the plan is right for you before you are billed.
Because the free trial already gives you that chance to evaluate the Service, charges that follow a free trial are not eligible for a refund. When you start a trial we tell you when it ends and when the first charge will be made. If you do not want to be billed, cancel before the trial ends.
- You can cancel a trial at any time before it ends through your account settings. No charge is made if you cancel in time.
- Once the trial ends and the plan renews, the charge stands. The 30-day money-back guarantee in Section 1 does not apply to charges that followed a free trial.
Generating creatives during the trial uses paid AI resources on our side, which is why a trial and a refund are not offered together.
3. Annual Plans
Annual plans are billed once for the full year. The 30-day money-back guarantee in Section 1 applies to annual plans on the same terms: you must request the refund within 30 days of the charge and have used less than 20% of your credits for the period.
After 30 days, or once you pass the 20% credit threshold, an annual plan is non-refundable for the remainder of the term. You can still cancel to stop the plan from renewing the following year.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not, on its own, trigger a refund for the current period. Refunds are handled under the rules in this policy.
After you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@adrio.ai from the email address on your account. Include the name on the account and the date of the charge so we can find it quickly.
We review each request against the rules above and aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few more days for the funds to appear.
6. Exceptions and Disputes
If you were charged in error, or you believe there is a genuine problem with your charge, contact us at info@adrio.ai and we will look into it. We review these cases individually and try to be fair.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your charge is the one that applies to that charge.
