Account Deletion

You can delete your Adrio account from inside the product at any time. This page explains how to request account deletion, including deletion of personal data associated with your account.
How to Delete Your Account
- Sign in to your Adrio account at adrio.ai.
- Open your profile menu from the app header.
- Go to your account settings.
- Select the option to delete your account.
- Follow the confirmation steps shown in the account settings flow.
If You Cannot Access Your Account
If you cannot sign in, you can request deletion by emailing info@adrio.ai from the email address associated with your Adrio account. Include "Account deletion request" in the subject line so we can identify and process the request.
What We Delete
When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize personal information associated with your Adrio account, including account profile information and product data we are not legally required to retain.
If you connected Meta accounts, pages, ad accounts, or related assets to Adrio, we also delete or disconnect Meta-related access tokens, connection records, and identifiers associated with your Adrio account, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and billing retention requirements.
Timing
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may remain in backups or records we are legally required to keep for a limited period, as described in our Privacy Policy.
