## Billing and refunds

- Monthly subscriptions are billed each month.
- Annual subscriptions are billed once for the full year.
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Standard paid subscriptions have a 30-day money-back guarantee when less than 20% of the included credits have been used.
- Charges that follow a free trial are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
