# Quickstart > Go from a new account to your first batch of Meta ads in about five minutes. Source: https://adrio.ai/docs/quickstart This guide takes you through the shortest path in Adrio: create an account, add your brand and one product, and generate your first batch of ads. Everything here can be changed later. ## Before you start You need two things: - Your brand's website URL. Adrio reads it to learn your name, colors, voice and logo. - A product page URL, or a few product photos if you'd rather add the product by hand. ## Create your account 1. Go to [adrio.ai/login](https://adrio.ai/login) and choose **Continue with Google**, or enter your email and click **Continue with Email**. 2. If you used email, enter the code Adrio sends you and click **Verify Code**. 3. Name your workspace and click **Create organisation**. A workspace holds your brands, team and billing. 4. Answer the four short setup questions. They help Adrio tailor suggestions and only take a few seconds. ## Add your brand 1. On **Add your first brand**, keep **Scan from URL** selected. 2. Enter your **Brand name** and website URL, then click **Create Brand**. 3. Adrio scans the site and fills in your favicon, colors, tagline, brand voice, aesthetic, business overview and brand values. You can watch each card fill in. If your site can't be scanned, switch to **Add manually** and fill in the name, tagline and business overview yourself. Colors, logos and fonts can be added later in [Brand info](https://adrio.ai/docs/brand-knowledge). ## Add your first product 1. On **What are you selling?**, paste a product page or your store link and click **Find my product**. 2. Check the result on **Here's what we found**. Fix the name, description, product type and selling points if needed, and pick the photos Adrio should use. 3. Click **Save product**. If you paste a Shopify store link, Adrio shows **Pick what to advertise** instead. Select the products you want and click **Import N products**. You can import up to 20 products at a time. > [!TIP] > Photos matter more than anything else here. Pick clear, well-lit shots that show the product from the front. Images smaller than 768 px on the short side get a low-resolution warning. ## Generate your first ads 1. Click **Create your first ad**. This opens **Create New Creative**. 2. Choose **Basic**. Spark, Adrio's creative agent, plans the concepts for you. 3. Select your product. 4. Choose a size: **Feed Ad** (1:1), **Story / Reel Ad** (9:16) or **Post Ad** (4:5). 5. Choose how many ads to make and click **Start creative generation**. Adrio opens a project board and starts generating. Each ad appears on the board as it finishes. On the free plan your first batch is 4 ads. ## What to do next - Open any ad to [edit it](https://adrio.ai/docs/edit-creatives): change a region, add your logo, resize it for other placements or translate it. - Add [angles](https://adrio.ai/docs/angles) and [audiences](https://adrio.ai/docs/audiences) so future batches target specific messages and people. - Once you have one batch, **Advanced** mode unlocks. It gives you full control over references, copy and fonts. See [Create static ads](https://adrio.ai/docs/create-static-ads). - Connect your Meta ad account to [launch ads](https://adrio.ai/docs/launch-ads) straight from Adrio. --- # Key concepts > The building blocks of Adrio and how they connect, from workspaces and brands to creatives and credits. Source: https://adrio.ai/docs/key-concepts Adrio is organized around a few objects. Knowing how they relate makes every other guide easier to follow. ## How it fits together A **workspace** holds one or more **brands**. Each brand has its own **products**, **audiences**, **angles**, **media library** and Meta connection. You generate **creatives** for a product, optionally steered by an angle, an audience and reference ads. **Spark** can do all of this for you from a chat. ## Glossary | Term | Meaning | |---|---| | **Workspace** | Your company account. It holds brands, team members and billing. The app sometimes calls it an organisation. | | **Brand** | One brand you advertise. Its name, voice, colors, logos and fonts shape every ad. Agencies use one brand per client. | | **Product** | The thing an ad sells. Its photos keep it accurate in generated images, and its description feeds the copy. See [Products](https://adrio.ai/docs/products). | | **Audience** | Who an ad is for: gender, age range and interests. See [Audiences](https://adrio.ai/docs/audiences). | | **Angle** | Why someone should care: a hook, the pain it solves and the outcome it promises. See [Angles](https://adrio.ai/docs/angles). | | **Reference** | An ad or image you want Adrio to borrow from, such as its layout, shot type or copy structure. | | **Ad style** | A reusable ad format from Adrio's library, such as a comparison chart or a review card. | | **Creative** | A finished ad, image or video. Every edit makes a new version and keeps the old one. | | **Project board** | The canvas where a batch of creatives lives, grouped by brief. See [Edit and export creatives](https://adrio.ai/docs/edit-creatives). | | **Brief** | The plan behind a group of creatives: product, audience, angle and references. | | **Spark** | Adrio's creative agent. It plans and generates ads, researches competitors and launches to Meta from a chat. See [Spark](https://adrio.ai/docs/spark). | | **Swipe File** | Boards of ads you've saved for inspiration. See [Swipe File](https://adrio.ai/docs/swipe-file). | | **Credits** | What generation costs. Your plan includes a monthly amount. See [Billing and credits](https://adrio.ai/docs/billing). | ## URLs in the app Every brand page lives under your workspace and brand, so links are easy to share with teammates: ```text https://adrio.ai/{workspace}/{brand}/creatives https://adrio.ai/{workspace}/{brand}/products https://adrio.ai/{workspace}/{brand}/spark ``` ## Features that may be hidden Some areas are rolled out gradually. If you don't see **Inspiration**, **Ad Library**, **Spark**, **Meta insights** or **Ad launcher** in the sidebar, they aren't enabled for your workspace yet. [Contact support](https://adrio.ai/contact) to ask for access. --- # Workspaces and brands > Run several brands from one workspace, switch between them, and set up brand info. Source: https://adrio.ai/docs/workspaces-and-brands A workspace is your company account. Inside it, each brand keeps its own products, angles, audiences, creatives, media and Meta connection. Agencies typically use one workspace with a brand per client. ## Switch workspace or brand 1. Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar. 2. The left panel lists your **Workspaces**. Hover one to preview its brands. 3. The right panel lists **Brands**. Click one to switch. Adrio keeps you on the same kind of page when you switch. If you were on Creatives, you land on the new brand's Creatives. ## Add a brand 1. Open the workspace switcher and click **Add Brand**. 2. Choose **Scan from URL** to let Adrio read your website, or **Add manually**. 3. Enter the brand name and website and click **Create Brand**. When scanning, Adrio extracts the favicon, colors, tagline, brand voice, aesthetic, business overview and brand values. You can edit all of them afterwards. ## Create another workspace Open the workspace switcher, click **+**, enter a **Workspace name** and click **Create workspace**. Each workspace has its own team and billing. ## Brand info Open **Settings** → **Brand info** to edit what Adrio knows about the brand. This information is used in every generation, so it's worth a few minutes. | Field | Used for | |---|---| | **Tagline** and **Business Overview** | Copy and concept planning | | **Brand logos** | Logo overlays on ads | | **Brand fonts** | Typography in generated ads | | **Colors** | Up to 10 brand colors | | **Brand Aesthetic** | The overall visual feel | | **Brand Tone of Voice** | How the copy sounds | | **Brand Values** | What the brand stands for | Adrio also keeps a read-only **Visual identity** summary covering typography, layout, imagery and what to avoid. Click **Refresh brand** to re-scan your website. To teach Adrio more, see [Brand knowledge and memory](https://adrio.ai/docs/brand-knowledge). ## Workspace settings Open **Settings** → **General** to change the **Workspace Name** and **Workspace Logo**. Only admins and the owner can edit them. The owner can delete the workspace from the same page. --- # Keyboard shortcuts > Every keyboard shortcut in Adrio, by area. Source: https://adrio.ai/docs/keyboard-shortcuts On Windows and Linux, use Ctrl wherever this page says Cmd. ## Everywhere | Shortcut | Action | |---|---| | Cmd+B | Collapse or expand the sidebar | ## Project boards | Shortcut | Action | |---|---| | V | Select tool | | H | Pan tool | | Shift and drag | Select several ads | | Esc | Cancel an adjustment, or leave Organize mode on the Creatives page | | Cmd+Enter | Send feedback on an ad | ## Spark | Shortcut | Action | |---|---| | Enter | Send the message | | Shift+Enter | New line | | @ | Mention a product, angle, audience or creative | | ↑ / ↓ then Enter | Pick from the mention list | | Backspace | Remove a whole mention chip | ## Inspiration | Shortcut | Action | |---|---| | Enter | Search | | Esc | Clear the search | | Double-click a tile | Add the ad to your stack | ## Video editor | Shortcut | Action | |---|---| | Space | Play or pause | | J / K / L | Back 1 second / pause / play | | ← / → | Move one frame. Source: https://adrio.ai/docs/products Every ad in Adrio is made for a product. The product's photos keep it looking right in generated images, and its description and benefits feed the copy. Good product data is the biggest single lever on ad quality. ## Where to find it Open **Products** in the sidebar. The page has three tabs: **Products**, **Audiences** and **Angles**. You can search the list and sort it by newest, oldest or name. ## Import a product from a URL 1. Click the **Add product** tile. 2. Paste the product page into **Product or store URL** and click **Import**. 3. Adrio fetches the page title, description, images, colors and metadata. When it's done, the product form opens pre-filled. 4. Review the fields and click **Create product**. If the URL was imported before, Adrio shows **Already imported** with the existing product. Choose **Open existing** to edit it, or **Import anyway** to make a copy. ## Import several products from a Shopify store 1. Click **Add product** and paste your store's home page URL. 2. Adrio switches to **Import from store** and lists the store's products. Products you already imported are marked **Imported**. 3. Select the products you want and start the import. Each product takes a moment to analyze, and you can leave the page while it runs. You can import up to 20 products per import, and your plan sets the total number of products per brand. ## Add a product by hand Click **Add product**, then **Create manually**, and fill in the form. | Field | What to enter | |---|---| | **Brand / Product name** | Required. The name shoppers know it by. | | **Brand / Product description** | What it is, who it's for and why it's better. Up to 5000 characters. | | **Product type** | Physical product, Mobile app, Desktop app, Web app, Service, Digital programme / course, Ebook / digital download, or Other. | | **Benefits** | Optional. Up to 5 short selling points. | | **Product images** | At least 1 and up to 30 images. JPG, PNG or SVG, up to 50 MB each. You can drag files onto the form. | ## Product images Adrio tags each image with a category, such as packshot, lifestyle or UGC, so it knows how to use it. Images under 768 px on the short side get a **Low-resolution image** warning. > [!TIP] > Include at least one clean front view on a plain background. It gives the generator the most reliable reference for shape, label and color. When you create ads in Advanced mode, you can force specific photos into every ad with **Require images**. See [Create static ads](https://adrio.ai/docs/create-static-ads). ## Edit, duplicate or delete Click a product card to edit it. The **…** menu on each card has **Edit**, **Duplicate** and **Delete**. Deleting a product doesn't delete the ads made from it, but those ads can no longer generate new versions. --- # Audiences > Describe who an ad is for so the concepts and copy speak to the right people. Source: https://adrio.ai/docs/audiences An audience tells Adrio who you're talking to. When you pick one while creating ads, the concepts, imagery and copy are written for that group. Audiences are optional, but they make batches noticeably more focused. ## Where to find it Open **Products** in the sidebar, then the **Audiences** tab. ## Create an audience 1. Click the **Add audience** tile. 2. Pick a **Gender**: All Genders, Male or Female. 3. Set the **Age Range**. The default is 18 to 65, and the minimum must be lower than the maximum. 4. Add **Interests**. Type an interest and press Enter or a comma to add it. You can add up to 10, each up to 50 characters. 5. Click **Create**. Adrio names the audience from its gender and age range, for example "All Genders, 25-44". To change or remove it later, click the audience card to open **Edit Audience**, then **Save** or **Delete**. ## Use an audience - In the [Advanced creative wizard](https://adrio.ai/docs/create-static-ads), pick it on **Select Audience**. The step is optional. - In [Spark](https://adrio.ai/docs/spark), attach it to a message so Spark plans around it. - Angles can be generated for a specific audience. See [Angles](https://adrio.ai/docs/angles). > [!TIP] > Specific interests beat broad ones. "trail running, ultralight gear" gives Adrio more to work with than "sports". --- # Angles > Save the hooks and messaging strategies you want to test, or let Adrio suggest them. Source: https://adrio.ai/docs/angles An angle is the reason someone should care: the hook, the pain it solves and the outcome it promises. Testing different angles is how you find what sells, so Adrio treats each one as a reusable building block. ## Where to find it Open **Products** in the sidebar, then the **Angles** tab. ## Angle types | Type | Leads with | |---|---| | Pain | A problem the customer feels today | | Desire | Something the customer wants | | Social Proof | Reviews, numbers or other people's results | | Problem/Solution | The problem first, then the product as the fix | | Niche | A specific group or use case | | Curiosity | A question or claim that makes people stop | ## Write an angle yourself 1. Click the **Add angle** tile and choose the **Manual** tab. 2. Fill in the **Title**, for example "Fear of missing out". 3. Write the **Hook**, the main message for this angle. 4. Pick a **Type**. 5. Optionally add up to 3 **Pain Points** and a **Desired Outcome**. 6. Click **Create**. ## Generate angles from a prompt 1. Click **Add angle** and choose the **From Prompt** tab. It appears once the brand has at least one product. 2. Pick a **Product** and, optionally, an **Audience**. 3. Describe what you want in **Prompt**, for example "angles for busy parents who've tried other brands", then click **Generate**. 4. Hover over a suggestion to see its details, pick one and click **Review & Create**. 5. Adjust anything you like and click **Create**. Use **Back to suggestions** to pick a different one, or **New prompt** to start over. ## Angles while creating ads You don't have to set angles up in advance. On the **Select Angle** step of the [Advanced wizard](https://adrio.ai/docs/create-static-ads), Adrio suggests angles automatically when the brand has none. Click **Suggest More** for more ideas. Picking a suggestion asks **Add this angle?** and saves it for next time. --- # Media library > One place for every image, video and audio file your brand has, from uploads to product shots and Spark attachments. Source: https://adrio.ai/docs/media-library The media library collects every file your brand uses: your uploads, product photos, logos, files you attach in Spark, imports from Meta and Google Drive, and stock media. Spark can search it when it needs a shot, so a well-stocked library means better ads. ## Where to find it Open **Media library** in the sidebar. ## Upload files Click **Upload**, or drop files anywhere on the page. Images, videos and audio are all accepted. A tray in the corner shows upload progress. ## Find a file - Use the tabs to show **All**, **Images**, **Videos** or **Audio**. - Search by description or tag. Adrio describes and tags files automatically. - Open **Filters** to narrow by **Source**, **Category**, **Product** or **Tag**. Sources include Uploads, Website, Spark chat, Meta import, Creative references, Stock and Google Drive. ## Manage a file Each tile's menu has **View**, **Copy link**, **Open original** and **Archive**. Archiving hides a file without deleting it. Turn on **Show archived** in Filters to find it again, then click **Restore**. ## Connect Google Drive Connect a Drive folder to bring in existing ads and footage. 1. Open **Settings** → **Integrations** and find **Google Drive**. 2. Share the folder with Adrio's service account as a Viewer, or make the link public. The card shows the address to share with. 3. Paste the folder link or ID and connect it. Connected Drive media can then be added to project boards with **Add from Google Drive**. --- # Brand knowledge and memory > Teach Adrio about your brand with a knowledge base, a brand memory document and what Spark learns about how you work. Source: https://adrio.ai/docs/brand-knowledge Beyond brand info, Adrio has three places that hold knowledge. Each one does a different job. | Place | What it holds | Who it affects | |---|---|---| | **Knowledge base** | Documents and skills, such as research, guidelines and playbooks | Creative and angle generation, for the scope you choose | | **Brand memory** | One short document of rules and facts for the brand | Every generation for the brand | | **What Spark knows** | How you personally like to work | Your Spark chats only | All three are under **Settings** in the sidebar. ## Knowledge base Use the knowledge base for longer material: customer research, brand guidelines, competitor notes or a copywriting playbook. ### Upload a document 1. Click **Upload document**. 2. Choose a file. PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OpenDocument, RTF, ePub and CSV are supported, up to 25 MB. 3. Set the **Title**, the **Scope** (**Whole organisation**, **Current brand** or **Specific products**) and the **Features** it applies to (**Creative generation** and **Angle generation**). Adrio reads the document and turns it into skills. The status moves from Pending to Processing to Ready. ### Write a skill A skill is a markdown instruction Adrio follows when it's relevant. 1. Click **Create skill**. 2. Give it a name and a description that says when to use it, for example "Use when generating ad concepts for the winter range". 3. Write the instructions in markdown, or import a `SKILL.md` file. Skills keep a version history, so you can see and undo changes. ### Feedback The **Feedback** tab lists feedback you've given on ads. Adrio reviews it automatically and turns anything worth keeping into a rule within a few hours. Click **Learn now** to skip the wait, or dismiss feedback you don't want used. ## Brand memory Brand memory is a single document that's read in full on every generation for the brand: copy, prompts, angles and Spark. Keep it short and specific. It's capped at 8,000 characters. Good things to put here: - Claims you can and can't make - Words and phrases to always or never use - Visual rules, such as "always show the product upright" Click **Start writing**, add an optional change note and click **Save**. Click **History** to see every version, including changes Adrio learned from feedback. ## What Spark knows As you work with Spark, it learns how you like to work on each brand: your creative taste, launch and budget habits, how much it should act on its own, and unfinished work it can pick up. Only you can see this. Each item shows whether you **Stated** it or Spark **Inferred** it. You can: - **Edit** an item or **Forget** it. Forgotten items can be restored for 30 days. - Click **Why?** to see the chats, launches or notes it came from. - Click **Confirm, keep this** for items under **Needs a look**. - Click **Tell Spark something** to add a preference yourself, for example "Keep new launches paused until I've looked at them". --- # Create static ads > Generate a batch of image ads with Basic mode, or control every input with the Advanced wizard. Source: https://adrio.ai/docs/create-static-ads Adrio makes static ads in batches. You choose the product and the sizes, and Adrio plans the concepts, writes the copy and renders each ad. There are two ways in: **Basic**, where Spark plans everything, and **Advanced**, where you pick the angle, audience, references, copy and fonts yourself. ## Start a new batch Open **Creatives** in the sidebar and click **Create new ad**, or click **Start a new creative** on the dashboard. Then choose how you want to create: | Mode | Best for | |---|---| | **Basic** | Fast, varied batches. Pick a product and Spark handles the rest. | | **Advanced** | Testing a specific angle, cloning a reference, or writing exact copy. | > [!NOTE] > Advanced unlocks after your workspace makes its first batch of ads. Until then, use Basic. Cloning an ad opens Advanced at any time. See [Clone a competitor ad](https://adrio.ai/docs/clone-competitor-ads). ## Basic mode 1. **Select Product.** If the brand has only one product, it's selected for you. 2. **Choose a size.** Pick **Feed Ad** (1:1, Instagram and Facebook feed), **Story / Reel Ad** (9:16, Stories, Reels and TikTok) or **Post Ad** (4:5, Instagram posts). 3. **How many ads?** Pick 4, 8, 12 or 20, or enter your own number. 4. Click **Start creative generation**. Every Basic batch mixes classic, offer-led ads with fresh concepts. You can make other sizes of any ad later with **Generate Sizes**. ## Advanced mode The wizard reveals one step at a time. Your choices are saved in the page URL, so you can share or bookmark a setup. 1. **Choose creative type.** Pick **Image ads**. For video, see [Video ads](https://adrio.ai/docs/video-ads). 2. **Select Product.** 3. **Select Aspect Ratio.** Pick one or more sizes. Each extra size multiplies the number of ads. 4. **Select Audience.** Optional. Pick one, create one, or click **Skip this step**. 5. **Select Angle.** Optional. If the brand has no angles yet, Adrio suggests some. Click **Suggest More** for more ideas. 6. **Select Reference Images.** Optional. Add ads or images you want to borrow from. See the next section. 7. **Who writes the copy?** Choose **Auto**, **Review** or **Manual**. 8. **Select Fonts.** Adrio picks headline and body fonts automatically. Override either role, or click **Let AI choose** to reset. 9. Set the number of variations and click **Start creative generation**. Use the language selector at the top of the page to generate ads in another language. ## References and ad styles References tell Adrio what kind of ad you want. Adrio borrows what fits, such as the layout, the type of shot or the copy structure, and rebuilds it for your product. You can add up to 30 references per batch, or 4 on the free plan. On **Select Reference Images** you can: - Drop, paste or click to upload images. JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF, up to 10 MB each. - Click **Browse Swipe File** to pick ads you've saved. See [Swipe File](https://adrio.ai/docs/swipe-file). - Use the **Recommended** tab. Adrio picks references for your product and brand. Click **Use this**, **Remove** or **Refresh**. - Browse the **Inspiration** tab, a zoomable wall of proven ads. - Pick from **Ad styles**, a library of ad formats you can search by name. ## Who writes the copy | Option | What happens | |---|---| | **Auto** | Adrio writes all on-image copy. | | **Review** | Adrio drafts the copy and pauses. Open the review card on the board, edit the lines and click **Approve and generate**. | | **Manual** | You write every line, per reference. Adrio pre-fills the slots with text read from your references so you only tweak them. Needs at least one reference image. | ## Require product images Click **Require images** next to the generate button to force specific product photos into the ads. You can require up to 5. Use this when one shot, such as a packshot, must appear exactly as it is. ## How many ads you get The total is references × sizes × variations. The first time you generate, Adrio shows the math in **How many variations?** before you confirm. A single batch can hold up to 30 ads. ## Credits and plans Generating uses credits from your plan. A static ad costs up to 10 credits, and cheaper models cost less. If a batch needs more credits than you have, Adrio tells you before it starts. On the free plan, your first batch is fixed at 4 ads. If you start a batch without an active plan, Adrio saves it and starts generating automatically after checkout. See [Billing and credits](https://adrio.ai/docs/billing). ## While it generates The project board opens straight away. Each ad shows its progress, from studying the references to generating the image. Adrio may ask a short **Analysis Questions** prompt when a reference is ambiguous. Pick an answer or type your own. When ads finish, see [Edit and export creatives](https://adrio.ai/docs/edit-creatives). --- # Clone a competitor ad > Turn an ad you like into a new ad for your own product, keeping what works and swapping in your brand. Source: https://adrio.ai/docs/clone-competitor-ads Cloning rebuilds an existing ad for your product. Adrio studies the original, works out what makes it work, such as the layout, the type of shot and the copy structure, and remakes it with your product, brand and offer. It doesn't copy the competitor's product, claims or branding. ## Find an ad to clone Good sources: - [Inspiration](https://adrio.ai/docs/inspiration). Filter by **Min days running** to find ads that have lasted. - A competitor's page in your [Ad Library watchlist](https://adrio.ai/docs/ad-library). - A board in your [Swipe File](https://adrio.ai/docs/swipe-file). ## Clone with Spark This is the most flexible option. 1. On the ad, choose **Use in Spark**, or **Clone** → **Open in Spark** in its details. 2. Spark opens with the ad attached. Tell it what you want, for example "Clone this ad for our product, keep the layout but use our review numbers". 3. Review the plan. Its adaptation setting controls how closely each ad follows the original, from **Match reference** to **Style only**. 4. Click **Approve & generate**. To clone several ads at once, add them to the stack in Inspiration or a Swipe File board, then click **Use N ads** → **Open in Spark**. ## Clone in the editor 1. On an ad card, open the menu and click **Clone Ad**, or click **Clone** in the ad's details. 2. For a single-image ad, Adrio opens **Create New Creative** with the ad as a reference and its size pre-selected. 3. For a carousel or dynamic ad, first choose up to 4 images in **Select Reference Images**, then click **Clone**. 4. Finish the [Advanced wizard](https://adrio.ai/docs/create-static-ads#advanced-mode) and click **Start creative generation**. Cloning always opens the Advanced wizard, even before your workspace has made its first batch. ## How closely should the clone follow the original? | Setting in Spark's plan | Result | |---|---| | **Match reference** | Same layout and structure, rebuilt for your product | | **Lean on reference** | Close to the original with some freedom | | **Blend with brand** | Borrows a couple of elements and leans on your brand | | **Keep copy · new visual** | Keeps the copy approach, new picture | | **Style only** | Takes the look and feel only | Carousels are cloned one image at a time. Generating a full carousel sequence isn't supported yet. --- # Edit and export creatives > Work on the project board: fix regions, add your logo and CTA, resize, translate, make variations and download. Source: https://adrio.ai/docs/edit-creatives Every batch lives on a project board. The board shows each brief with its ads underneath. Edits never overwrite an ad. They add a new version next to it, so you can always go back. ## Find your projects Open **Creatives** in the sidebar. Each tile is a project board. You can search, sort by newest or last updated, and group projects into folders: click **Organize**, then drag a project onto another to make a folder, or onto a folder to add it. Press Esc or click **Done** to finish. The **…** menu on a project has **Edit**, **Rename**, **Duplicate**, **Add to folder** and **Delete**. ## Move around the board | Action | How | |---|---| | Select | Press V, or the arrow tool | | Pan | Press H, or the hand tool | | Select several ads | Shift and drag | | Zoom to an ad | Hover it and click **Zoom to creative** | | See the full ad | Hover it and click **View fullscreen** | Click **Canvas guide** in the toolbar to replay the board tour. ## The creative sidebar Click an ad to open its sidebar. It has two tabs: **Actions** for changes and **History** for the chain of edits that led to this version. ### Adjust a region Use **Adjust Creative** to fix one part of an ad, such as a word, a stray object or a detail on the product. 1. Click **Adjust Creative**. 2. Drag a box around the area you want to change. 3. Describe the change, or use a chip: **Remove this element**, **Change the text** or **Replace with...**. 4. Press Enter. Press Esc to cancel. The new version appears beside the original. ### Logo and CTA overlays Turn on **Logo Overlay** or **CTA Button** to place your logo or a call-to-action button on the ad. If your brand has no logo yet, Adrio asks you to upload one. SVG logos work best. Click **Edit Overlays** to change position, size, padding, background, font, colors, border and shadow, then click **Apply**. Overlay editing works on desktop only. ### Safe Zone Extension Meta covers the top and bottom of Stories and Reels with its own interface. **Safe Zone Extension** extends the canvas so nothing important sits under it. Pick a preset for the placement, adjust the top and bottom sliders and click **Apply**. Compare the original and extended versions, then click **Download Extended**. ### Generate Sizes Open **Generate Sizes**, pick the sizes you need (1:1, 9:16 or 4:5) and click **Generate Sizes**. Adrio recomposes the ad for each size rather than cropping it. ### Translate Open **Translate**, choose a language and click **Translate**. All text on the ad is translated and re-rendered. ### Create Variation Open **Create Variation** to make a new take on an ad. Describe the change, use a suggestion chip, or click **Pick different copy style** to try another copy approach. Click **Analyze variation** to generate it. ### Animate Open **Animate** to turn the ad into a short video. This uses video credits and starts as soon as you confirm. ## Give feedback Hover an ad and click **Give feedback**. Click a spot or drag a box, choose who the feedback applies to (**This product**, **This brand** or **Whole organisation**) and write what should change. Press Cmd+Enter (Ctrl+Enter on Windows) to send. Adrio reviews the feedback and may offer a **Suggested edit** you can apply in one click. Feedback also shapes future batches. The sidebar's **…** menu also has **I don't like this**, which tells Adrio to avoid similar ads, and **What inspired this?**, which shows the references behind an ad. ## Work with several ads at once Shift and drag to select ads. The toolbar that appears lets you favourite, download, translate, copy them to a new board, launch them as Meta ads or delete them. Download and translate skip videos. ## Download and share - **One ad:** open its sidebar, choose **1x** for an instant download or **2x** for an upscaled file, and click **Export**. - **All ads:** click **Download all** at the top of the board to get a zip of every finished image. - **Share:** open the board's **…** menu and click **Share link**. Links can be password protected and turned off at any time. ## Add your own ads to a board Use **Add creative** in the board toolbar to upload images, or **Add from Google Drive** to import from a connected Drive folder. To start a new board from files, click **Upload creatives** on the Creatives page. Images must be 1:1, 4:5 or 9:16, and MP4, MOV and WebM videos are supported. --- # Video ads > Generate a multi-scene video ad for a product, from a style or a reference video. Source: https://adrio.ai/docs/video-ads Adrio writes, shoots and edits short video ads. It plans the story, generates each clip with your product in it, and adds captions, titles and music. You get a finished ad, and you can keep editing it afterwards. ## Before you start - Video lives in **Advanced** mode, which unlocks after your workspace makes its first batch of static ads. - Your product's photos are used in every scene to keep the product consistent, so add clear images first. See [Products](https://adrio.ai/docs/products). - Video uses video credits, which are separate from image credits. ## Create a video ad 1. Open **Creatives** and click **Create new ad**. 2. Choose **Advanced**, then **Video ad**. 3. **Select Product** and **Select Aspect Ratio**. 4. Optionally **Select Audience** and **Select Angle**. 5. **Choose a creative source.** Pick a look from **Video styles**, or use **Reference video** to copy the structure of an existing ad. You can upload a video up to 60 seconds long, paste a URL or choose a saved ad. 6. **Fine-tune** (optional). See below, or click **Skip this step**. 7. **Video format.** Choose quality, length and caption style. 8. Click **Generate video ad**. Adrio shows the estimated cost in credits when generation starts. ## Fine-tune options | Option | What it does | |---|---| | **Creative direction** | Tone and structure, for example "calm, morning-routine feel, ends on the offer". This guides the plan, not the spoken lines. | | **Script: Let Adrio write it** | Adrio writes the lines. Add **Required phrases** for anything that must be said. | | **Script: Use my exact script** | Adrio keeps your dialogue word for word. It warns you if the script is too long for the video length. | | **Character reference** | Upload or link a photo of the person who should appear. | ## Video format options | Option | Choices | |---|---| | **Video quality** | **Regular** is faster. **Premium** is higher quality and costs about 3 times as much. | | **Video providers & models** | **Automatic** by default. You can pick a primary model and two fallbacks. | | **Video length** | 5 to 60 seconds, in 5-second steps. The default is 25. Longer videos use more credits. | | **Caption style** | How on-screen captions look. | ## Follow progress The video appears on the project board straight away. Click it and choose **View progress** to see each clip as it's generated and assembled. Adrio checks the final render and fixes overlay problems, such as captions covering a title, before delivering it. ## Change a finished video - **Quick edits:** in the video's sidebar, describe the change in **Edit this video**, for example "make the captions bigger" or "swap the second scene for a close-up". Adrio re-plans only what changed and reuses clips that stay the same. - **Hands-on edits:** click **Edit video** to open the [video editor](https://adrio.ai/docs/video-editor). - **Download:** click **Download** in the sidebar. ## Turn a static ad into a video Open a static ad's sidebar and use **Animate**. Adrio turns the image into a short video using video credits. --- # Video editor > Trim, split, restyle and export video ads on a timeline, or ask Spark to make the edit. Source: https://adrio.ai/docs/video-editor The video editor lets you fine-tune any generated video ad: trim clips, move captions, change volume, add your own media and export in the format you need. You can also describe a change and let Spark do it. ## Open the editor On a project board, click a video ad and choose **Edit video**. The editor opens with the full composition loaded. Changes save automatically. ## Layout | Area | What's there | |---|---| | **Top bar** | **Back**, **Undo**, **Redo**, **Zoom timeline to fit** and **Export** | | **Left panel** | **In this video**, **Uploads** and **Scenes**. Click **Add at playhead** to drop an asset into the timeline. | | **Center** | The preview with play, skip and mute controls | | **Timeline** | Every clip, caption and audio track. Use **Split at playhead**, **Delete clip** and **Snapping**. | | **Right panel** | **Properties** for the selected element, and **Spark** for edits in plain language | ## Edit with Properties Select anything on the timeline to see its properties: - **Text and captions:** change the wording and style. Use **Apply to all captions** to restyle every caption at once. - **Timing:** start, duration and end. - **Transform:** opacity, and a **Cut** or **Crossfade** transition. - **Audio:** volume and mute. - **Color & effects:** a color preset and its intensity. ## Edit with Spark Open the **Spark** tab and describe the change. Spark applies it to the selected element, or to the **Whole video** if nothing is selected. For example: - "Make the captions bigger" - "Lower the music volume to 40%" - "Move the captions higher" - "Trim the first clip to 3 seconds" To regenerate a scene, open **Scenes** in the left panel and choose **Edit scene with Spark**. ## Export 1. Click **Export**. 2. Choose a format: **MP4 (H.264)**, **WebM** or **MOV**. 3. Choose a quality: **Draft** (fastest), **Standard** or **High**. 4. Wait for **Export complete**, then click **Open rendered video**. ## Keyboard shortcuts | Key | Action | |---|---| | Space | Play or pause | | J / K / L | Back 1 second / pause / play | | ← / → | Move one frame. Hold Shift to move 1 second. | | Home / End | Jump to start / end | | S | Split the selected clip at the playhead | | Delete or Backspace | Remove the selected element | | Esc | Deselect | | Cmd+Z | Undo | | Shift+Cmd+Z or Cmd+Y | Redo | | + / − | Zoom the timeline. Cmd and scroll works too. | On Windows, use Ctrl in place of Cmd. > [!NOTE] > Saving needs an active plan. If your plan lapses, the editor asks you to choose one before you can keep editing. --- # Spark > Chat with Adrio's creative agent to plan and generate ads, research competitors and manage your Meta account. Source: https://adrio.ai/docs/spark Spark is Adrio's creative agent. Tell it what you want in plain language and it plans the work, asks when something is unclear, and shows you a plan before it spends credits. It can use everything in your brand: products, angles, audiences, saved ads, the media library and your Meta account. ## Open Spark - Click **Spark** in the sidebar for the full page. Each chat gets its own link. - Click **Ask Spark AI** in the page header to open Spark in a drawer on any page. ## Start a chat Type in **Ask Spark…** and press Enter. Shift+Enter adds a new line. If you're not sure where to start, pick a starter under **Create**, **Research**, **Library** or **Meta**. A starter fills in the prompt, and you send it when you're ready. Things Spark is good at: - "Turn this product into 8 ads for Reels" - "Explore competitor ads for collagen supplements and find gaps" - "Find a fresh angle for busy parents" - "Turn my best static ad into a UGC-style video" - "Which of my Meta ads are fatiguing?" The **Meta** starters unlock once you [connect a Meta ad account](https://adrio.ai/docs/connect-meta). ## Give Spark context The more specific the context, the better the plan. - **Mention things.** Type `@` to pick a product, angle, audience or creative. It becomes a chip in your message. - **Attach ads.** From [Inspiration](https://adrio.ai/docs/inspiration), [Swipe File](https://adrio.ai/docs/swipe-file) or any ad's details, choose **Use in Spark** or **Open in Spark**. Spark reads each ad's analysis and uses its images as references. You can attach up to 20 ads. - **Attach files.** Upload, paste or drag images, videos and documents. Files can be up to 20 MB, and videos up to 150 MB. - **Talk.** Click **Record voice** to dictate. Set the chat's product in **Chat details** so Spark doesn't have to ask. ## Questions, plans and approvals Spark checks in at the moments that matter: 1. **Questions.** If something is unclear, Spark shows a short question card. Answer and click **Submit**. 2. **The plan.** Before generating, Spark shows a plan card: how many creatives, how closely each follows its reference, who writes the copy, the angles and audiences, and fonts. You can change any of it. 3. **Approval.** Click **Approve & generate**. Use **Count** to change how many ads to make, up to 30. To change the plan instead, click **No, I want to make changes** and say what to change. The plan card shows the credit cost before you approve. Generated ads open in a project board you can keep [editing](https://adrio.ai/docs/edit-creatives). ## Permissions Choose how much Spark may do on its own from the **Spark permissions** menu in the composer. The setting is personal to you and applies per brand. | Mode | What Spark does | |---|---| | **Ask for approval** | Asks before sensitive actions. This is the default. | | **Full access** | Acts without asking, except before spending credits or launching ads. | | **Autopilot** | Does everything without asking, including generating and launching ads. | When Spark asks to use a tool, you can **Decline**, **Accept** or **Always allow**. Actions you always allow are listed in the permissions menu, where you can revoke them. ## Videos with Spark Ask Spark for a video and it shows a video plan with a **Video quality** choice and a cost breakdown for images, video and composition. Click **Approve & generate** to start. See [Video ads](https://adrio.ai/docs/video-ads) for what happens next. ## Media buying with Spark With Meta connected, Spark can check your account, suggest budgets and build a launch plan. See [Launch ads to Meta](https://adrio.ai/docs/launch-ads#launch-with-spark). ## Manage chats Recent chats are listed on the Spark home page. Deleting a chat removes the conversation but keeps the creatives and projects it made. Click **New chat** to start fresh. --- # Automations > Schedule recurring Spark tasks, like competitor research or performance briefings, so work keeps moving when you're away. Source: https://adrio.ai/docs/automations An automation runs a Spark task on a schedule. Each run opens a Spark conversation you can review, so you always see what it did. Use automations for anything you'd otherwise do by hand every week. ## Where to find it Open **Automations** in the sidebar. ## Start from a template The page lists ready-made tasks under **Start with a ready-made task**. Filter by **Competitor research**, **Creative strategy**, **Customer insights** or **Meta performance**, or search for a task. Click a template to customize it before saving. Some templates need a connected Meta ad account. ## Create an automation 1. Click **New automation** and choose **Create manually**. Or choose **Create with Spark** and Spark will interview you and set it up. 2. Give it a **Name**, for example "Daily performance briefing". 3. Write the **Prompt**: what Spark should do on each run. Write it like a message to Spark. 4. Pick a **Mode**. **Review** holds results for your approval. **Autopilot** runs and applies results automatically. 5. Set when it runs: **Repeat** (Daily, Weekdays or Weekly), the time in **At**, and the **Timezone**. 6. Turn on **Email me when this automation runs** to get an email when a run completes or fails. 7. Click **Create automation**. > [!WARNING] > In Autopilot mode an automation can generate ads and spend credits without asking. Start with Review mode until you trust the results. ## Manage automations Each card shows when it runs next and when it last ran. Its menu has: - **Run now** to start a run immediately - **Pause** and **Resume** - **View runs** to see run history. Click **View chat** on any run to open its Spark conversation. - **Edit** and **Delete**. Deleting also removes the run history. ## Write good automation prompts - Say what to look at and what to produce: "Check my watchlist for new ads since yesterday and summarize the three most interesting hooks." - Say what to do with the result: "If any ad set has spent over $50 with no purchases, flag it." - Keep one job per automation. Two small automations are easier to review than one big one. --- # Inspiration > Search a wall of real Meta ads by meaning, filter by format and hook, and collect the ones worth borrowing from. Source: https://adrio.ai/docs/inspiration Inspiration is an endless, zoomable wall of real ads from the Meta Ad Library. Every ad is analyzed for its angle, hook, format, offer and more, so you can search by idea rather than keyword and send what you find straight into a brief. ## Where to find it Open **Inspiration** in the sidebar. ## Move around - Drag to pan. Scroll or pinch to zoom. - More ads load as you explore. - Move your mouse near the top of the page to show the toolbar. - Switch between **Image** and **Card** tiles in the top right. Cards show the ad's text too. Click **Inspiration guide** in the bottom left to replay the tour. ## Search and filter Type in **Search ad angles, hooks, audiences…** and press Enter. Search works by meaning, so "ads that lead with a money-back guarantee" finds ads that never use those exact words. Press Esc to clear. When you're not searching, open **Filters** to narrow the wall: - **Watchlist only** shows ads from companies you follow in the [Ad Library](https://adrio.ai/docs/ad-library). - **Active only** shows ads that are still running. - **Min days running** finds ads that have lasted, a good sign they work. - Filter by **Style**, **Format**, **Hook**, **Proof**, **CTA**, **Offer**, **Awareness**, **Season**, **Product**, **Industry** and **Tone**. Use the language picker to show ads in a specific language. ## Look at one ad Click a tile to open the action bar at the bottom of the screen. Click the thumbnail to see the full **Ad Details**, including its **Intelligence** breakdown: angle, style, visual format, hook, CTA, offer, proof, awareness and audience. From the action bar you can: - Open the ad **Fullscreen**. - Click **Find similar** to fill the wall with lookalikes. Choose **Best match**, **Similar meaning** (same message) or **Similar look** (same visual style). - Open **Actions** to **Add to batch**, **Use in Spark**, **Use in editor** or **Add to swipe file**. ## Collect several ads Double-click a tile to add it to the stack in the bottom right. The stack holds up to 10 ads. When you're done, click **Use N ads** and choose **Open in editor**, **Open in Spark** or **Save to swipe file**. - **Open in editor** starts a new batch with the ads as references. See [Create static ads](https://adrio.ai/docs/create-static-ads). - **Open in Spark** starts a chat with the ads attached. See [Spark](https://adrio.ai/docs/spark). --- # Ad Library watchlist > Follow competitor Facebook Pages and browse every ad they run, with insights on their media mix, copy and landing pages. Source: https://adrio.ai/docs/ad-library The Ad Library page is your competitor watchlist. Follow the brands you compete with and Adrio pulls every ad they run from the Meta Ad Library, so you can see what they test, what lasts and where they send traffic. To search across all ads rather than specific companies, use [Inspiration](https://adrio.ai/docs/inspiration). ## Where to find it Open **Ad Library** in the sidebar. ## Follow a company 1. Click **Add Company**. 2. Search for the brand's Facebook Page. Results show the Page's category, followers and a verified badge. 3. Click **Add**. The company appears on your watchlist with its total and active ad counts. To stop following it, open the card's **⋯** menu and click **Remove from Watchlist**. ## Browse a company's ads Click a company to open its page. It has three tabs. | Tab | What it shows | |---|---| | **Creatives** | Every ad, newest first. Filter by status, platform, format and language, and sort by newest, oldest or most active. | | **Insights** | Their media mix, the words they use most, their landing pages and their CTAs, based on their top 1,000 ads. | | **Timeline** | When each ad started and stopped. Long-running ads are usually the winners. | The first time you open a company, Adrio fetches its ads from the Meta Ad Library. This can take a moment. Click **Refresh Ads** if nothing has loaded yet. ## Work with an ad Click an ad to open **Ad Details**: its status, how long it has run, its format, platforms and landing page. Ads that share the same creative are grouped under **Variations**. From an ad card or its details you can: - **Save to Swipe File** to keep it on a board. See [Swipe File](https://adrio.ai/docs/swipe-file). - **Download** the creative. - **Clone** it for your own product. See [Clone a competitor ad](https://adrio.ai/docs/clone-competitor-ads). - Open it in the Meta Ad Library. --- # Swipe File > Save ads you like to boards, reuse them as references, and share boards with a read-only link. Source: https://adrio.ai/docs/swipe-file The Swipe File is where you keep ads worth learning from. Organize them into boards, such as "Winning hooks" or "UGC we like", then pull them into new batches as references or hand them to Spark. ## Where to find it Open **Swipe File** in the sidebar. You can search boards and sort them by date or name. ## Create a board 1. Click the **New board** tile. 2. Enter a **Name** and an optional description. 3. Click **Create board**. You can also create a board while saving an ad. ## Save an ad 1. Click the bookmark on any ad card, or **Save to Swipe File** in an ad's details. 2. Tick the boards you want. Type a new name to create a board on the spot. The ad is saved as soon as you tick a board. An ad must be on at least one board, so unticking every board removes it from your Swipe File. ## Use saved ads Open a board to see its ads on a zoomable canvas. Click an ad, then open **Actions**: - **Add to batch** collects several ads, up to 10. - **Use in Spark** starts a Spark chat with the ad attached. - **Use in editor** starts a new batch with the ad as a reference. You can also pick saved ads while creating a batch. On the **Select Reference Images** step, click **Browse Swipe File**. To take an ad off a board, click it and choose **Remove**. ## Share a board 1. Open the board and click **Share**. 2. Optionally turn on **Password protect** and set a password. 3. Click **Create share link** and copy the **Public link**. Anyone with the link sees a read-only view of the board. Click **Disable share** to turn the link off for everyone. ## Delete a board Open the board card's menu and click **Delete**. Ads that only lived on that board are removed from your Swipe File. This can't be undone. --- # Connect Meta > Connect a Meta ad account to a brand so you can see performance, launch ads and let Spark manage spend. Source: https://adrio.ai/docs/connect-meta Connecting Meta lets Adrio read your ad performance and create ads in your account. Each brand connects to one Meta ad account. ## Connect an ad account 1. Open **Settings** → **Integrations**, or **Integrations** in the sidebar. 2. On the **Meta Ads** card, click **Connect** and sign in with Facebook. Grant the requested permissions. 3. On **Choose a Meta ad account**, search for and select the account, then click **Connect account**. 4. On **Meta Launch Settings**, choose the **Default Facebook Page** (required), the **Default Instagram account** and the **Pixel**. A **Default campaign** and **Default ad set** are optional. 5. Save. The card now shows **Connected** with the account, timezone and business ID. > [!TIP] > Turn on **Launch ads as paused** in [Launch defaults](https://adrio.ai/docs/launch-ads#launch-defaults) so nothing goes live until you turn it on in Ads Manager. ## Fix launch blockers The Meta card lists anything that would stop a launch, such as a missing Page or pixel, with a button to fix each one: **Choose Page**, **Choose pixel**, **Open Ads Manager** or **Open Events Manager**. Click **Edit settings** to change your defaults later. ## Set spend limits Spend limits cap what Spark and automations can spend. Spark can't go past them even when you approve a change. Open **Spend limits** on the Meta card. | Limit | What it caps | |---|---| | **Per campaign or ad set** | The most any single campaign or ad set can spend per day | | **Whole account** | All running budgets added together, per day | | **Spend per month** | Spark stops raising spend once the month would pass this | | **Change pace** | How fast Spark may raise a budget, per change and per 24 hours. Big jumps restart Meta's learning. | Leave a field empty for no limit. Automations only add spend once both daily limits are set. ## If the connection expires Meta connections expire from time to time. When that happens the card shows **Connection expired**. Reconnect from the same card. ## Disconnect Click **Disconnect** on the Meta card. Ads already in your Meta account aren't affected. --- # Launch ads to Meta > Send creatives to your Meta ad account with copy templates, naming rules and defaults, or let Spark build the launch plan. Source: https://adrio.ai/docs/launch-ads Adrio can create ads in your Meta account directly, so you don't have to download files and re-upload them in Ads Manager. Click **Launch selected creatives as Meta ads** in the toolbar. 3. Fill in the **Destination** and **Ad details** steps, described below. ## Launch files from your computer or Google Drive Open **Ad launcher** → **New launch**. It has three steps. 1. **Choose ads.** Drop images or videos, or paste with Cmd+V. Files must be 1:1, 4:5 or 9:16, as JPEG, PNG, WebP, MP4 or MOV. If you've [connected a Drive folder](https://adrio.ai/docs/media-library#connect-google-drive), pick files from the **Google Drive** tab instead. 2. **Add to project.** Name the project and click **Import N ads**. Nothing is published yet. 3. **Launch.** Click **Launch to Meta**. ## Destination | Field | What to choose | |---|---| | **Ad copy template** | A saved template that fills in copy, links and settings, or **No template** | | **Facebook Page** and **Instagram account** | Who the ads run as | | **Campaign** and **Ad set** | Where the ads go. You can also duplicate an existing campaign or ad set. | | **Ads on at launch** | Off creates the ads paused | Click **Next**. ## Ad details For each ad, fill in the **Ad name**, **Destination URL**, **Headline**, **Primary text**, an optional **Description** and the **Call to action**. Each row shows **Needs fields** until it's complete, then **Ready**. Click **Create ads**. Meta publishes them in the background. If any fail, click **Retry failed**. ## Templates Templates save the copy and settings you reuse. Open **Ad launcher** → **Templates**. - Click **New template** to write one. It can hold several primary texts, headlines and descriptions, a call to action, web links with UTM parameters, the Page, Instagram account, campaign and ad set, and Meta's creative enhancements. - Click **Import from Meta** to build templates from your recent ads automatically. ## Launch defaults Open **Ad launcher** → **Launch defaults** to set: - Your default ad profiles: Page, Instagram account and pixel. The pixel applies to every ad. - **Launch ads as paused**, so new ads wait for you to turn them on in Ads Manager. - **Multi advertiser ads**. - An **Ad naming convention**, built from parts like the file name, ad type, date, product, offer and concept, with a separator of your choice. ## Launch history Open **Ad launcher** → **Launches** to see every launch from Adrio, grouped by launch, with the status of each ad. ## Launch with Spark With Meta connected, Spark can plan the whole launch. Ask something like "Launch my five newest ads in the US and UK". Spark: 1. Checks the account and flags anything to fix first, such as a missing pixel. 2. Suggests a budget based on your account history. 3. Shows a **Launch plan**: the campaign, budget, what it optimizes for, and each ad set's countries, daily budget and audience. **Broad** lets Meta find buyers within your countries. **Advantage+** lets Meta's AI expand targeting. 4. Waits for you to click **Confirm launch** or **Launch paused**. Edit any row or click **Cancel** first if you want. Spark never goes past your [spend limits](https://adrio.ai/docs/connect-meta#set-spend-limits). Values it remembers from earlier launches are marked **From memory**. --- # Meta insights > See which creatives, copy and landing pages perform best in your Meta ad account. Source: https://adrio.ai/docs/billing Adrio runs on credits. Your plan includes a monthly amount, and each generation uses some. Billing belongs to the workspace, so every brand in it shares the same credits. Current plans and prices are on the [pricing page](https://adrio.ai/pricing). ## Where to find it Open **Settings** → **Billing**. ## What uses credits | Action | Cost | |---|---| | A static ad | Up to 10 credits, less on cheaper models | | A video ad | Video credits, based on length and quality. Premium quality costs about 3 times as much as Regular. | | Animating a static ad | Video credits | Adrio always shows the cost before it spends: in the creative wizard, in Spark's plan card and in the video cost breakdown. If you don't have enough credits, it tells you before starting. ## Check your usage The **Credits** card shows how many you've **Used**, how many are **Remaining** and when they reset. **Reserved** credits are held for ads that are still generating. They become usage when the ad finishes, or are released if it fails. The **Usage** chart shows the last 7, 14 or 30 days. ## Free plan On the free plan, your first batch is fixed at 4 ads. If you start a batch without an active plan, Adrio saves your work and starts generating automatically after checkout. ## Buy more credits If top-ups are available for your workspace, click **Buy credits**, choose an amount and click **Purchase**. The minimum is $5. Turn on **Auto Top-up** to recharge automatically when your balance drops below a threshold you choose. ## Change, cancel or update payment - **Change plan** or **Upgrade** opens the plan picker. - **Update payment method** changes your card. - **Cancel subscription** ends your plan at the end of the billing period. You keep access until then. - Have a code? Click **Have a referral or promo code?**, enter it and click **Apply Code**. Invoices are listed at the bottom of the page.
